We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while a package is in transit or for damage that occurs after successful delivery.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference, such as a change of mind or selecting the wrong item.
All preorder items are final sale and non-refundable. Preorder funds are allocated directly toward production and cannot be reversed once committed.
