PREORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. After that window, cancellations are no longer accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: All preorder items are final sale and non-refundable. Preorder funds are allocated directly toward production and cannot be reversed once committed.


DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 business days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label so we can assess and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while a package is in transit or for damage that occurs after successful delivery.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference, such as a change of mind or selecting the wrong item.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) will only be covered by us in cases where the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


CHARGEBACKS & FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., disputing an authorized or fulfilled order, including preorders) will be disputed and reported.

If a chargeback is deemed fraudulent:

  • ★ The shipment may be rerouted back to us
  • ★ The order will be canceled
  • ★ Any future orders may be declined

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us directly. We’re happy to cancel and refund the order when notified. Chargebacks incur fees for small businesses, so direct communication helps us resolve issues faster and more fairly.
